Oakwood Healthcare System in Detroit has developed plans for a $23 million medical building that would include a new ASC, according to a report by The Detroit News.
The 70,000-square-foot facility would also include radiology and clinical programs, and medical services.
Oakwood is hoping to build the building on the campus of Wayne County Community College in Detroit, according to the report.
Oakwood has not yet filed for the required certificate-of-need for the ASC.
