Meridian Surgical Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Jovanna Grissom, RN and regional vice president of operations, has earned the Certified in Infection Control (CIC®) credential. Professionals who receive this have demonstrated mastery of infection prevention and control knowledge and join over 5,000 practitioners worldwide who have earned the CIC® credential.
Ms. Grissom has 22 years of nursing experience and several years of additional experience developing and implementing new programs and service lines such as bariatrics, joints and spine. As regional vice president of operations, she oversees Meridian Surgical Partner facilities' day-to-day clinical and financial operations. Grissom has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from St. Catherine University in Minnesota. She is the founder and former president of the Nevada ASC Association and a past chairperson of the Ambulatory Surgery Foundation.
