Here are five recent news updates on ambulatory surgery center management and development companies.
AmSurg reported $242.8 million in fourth quarter revenue, up 17 percent from the same period in 2012. Revenues for the fiscal year 2013 were $1.08 billion, up 17 percent from $932.2 million in 2012.
United Surgical Partners International reported consolidated net revenues of $164.9 million for the fourth quarter, up 9 percent from $154.5 million in 2012. USPI announced $616.2 million in consolidated net revenues for 2013, up 14 percent from $540.2 million at the year-end of 2012.
Surgical Care Affiliates will release its fourth quarter and year end 2013 financial results on March 13.
James Hogan recently became the director of strategic development with Symbion.
AmSurg raised more than $600 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in its first 2014 charity event.
