Of the management companies surveyed in 2010:
• 94 percent found orthopedics to be desirable
• 88 percent found orthopedic spine to be desirable
• 82 percent found ophthalmology to be desirable
• 76 percent found ENT to be desirable
• 76 percent found pain management to be desirable
• 70 percent found gastroenterology to be desirable
• 65 percent found general surgery to be desirable
• 59 percent found podiatry to be desirable
• 47 percent found urology to be desirable
• 29 percent found gynecology to be desirable
• 0 percent found plastic surgery to be desirable
Of the management companies surveyed in 2013:
• 100 percent found orthopedics/sports medicine to be desirable
• 94 percent found orthopedic spine to be desirable
• 94 percent found ENT to be desirable
• 88 percent found general surgery to be desirable
• 88 percent found pain management to be desirable
• 82 percent found gastroenterology to be desirable
• 76 percent found urology to be desirable
• 62 percent found podiatry to be desirable
• 59 percent found ophthalmology to be desirable
• 48 percent found gynecology to be desirable
• 6 percent found plastic surgery to be desirable
• 6 percent found neurospine to be desirable
