Victoria, Texas-based Citizens Medical Center is opening a surgery center in Port Lavaca, the Victoria Advocate reported July 14.
The center will offer general surgery services provided by one of three surgeons, the report said. It will be located in the Memorial Medical Center Hospital Clinic.
The surgery center is expected to open in August, the report said.
