The physician who purchased San Francisco's Nob Hill Theater plans to raze it and replace it with a five-story medical building, SocketSite reports.
Three quick points:
1. The proposed building would include medical office space, a surgery center and four residential units on the top three floors.
2. One four-bedroom unit would be reserved for the physician who plans to operate in the building.
3. Nob Hill Theater was sold to the physician for $2.7 million last year. It closed down after 50 years in business.
