Chicago-based Northwestern Medicine's Northwestern Hospital Huntley (Ill.) has earned approval for a new medical office building, according to an Oct. 16 report from Shaw Local News Network.
The two-story medical office will be connected to Northwestern's hospital and other buildings on the campus via an indoor walkway.
Inside, there will be space for the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute, oncology infusion and radiation, cardio diagnostics and general surgical services for gastroenterology, pulmonary, urology and similar offices. The building is already 100% pre-filled.
The project is expected to cost $95 million and add 300 jobs in the area.
