An office building is being transformed into an outpatient center in Yonkers, N.Y., The Journal News reported Sept. 16
The 133,768-square-foot facility was acquired by Simone Development Companies in October 2023 and repurposed into a medical facility.
The facility aims to address an increased demand for outpatient services in the area, according to the report.
