Norfolk, Neb.-based Faith Regional Health Services is planning to expand its outpatient services as its surgery center celebrates two decades in operation, according to REjournals.
Four highlights:
1. The Norfolk, Neb.-based health system is building a 130,000-square-foot medical office building called the Faith Regional Health Services South Medical Office.
2. The four-story South Medical Office will consolidate multiple practices. Project construction began in September 2017 and is expected to wrap up in late 2019.
3. A new outpatient surgery center on the first floor will be twice as large as Faith Regional Health Services' existing center. The surgery center will have six operating rooms and 20-plus patient rooms.
4. An orthopedics department will occupy the second floor, and Faith Regional's women's health and pediatrics departments will share the third floor. ENT, gastroenterology, general surgery, pain management, rheumatology and urology services will be offered on the fourth floor.
