A 77,500-square-foot medical office building in Minneapolis suburb St. Louis Park featuring three ASCs was completed in November.
The Xchange Medical Building houses tenants Surgical Specialty Center of Minnesota; VitreoRetinal Surgery, an ophthalmology practice; and ear, nose and throat practice ENT Specialty Care, according to a Dec. 13 LinkedIn post.
Plymouth, Minnesota-based healthcare construction firm Timco Construction handled the build.
