Birmingham, Ala.-based Grandview Medical Center has begun construction on a $15 million urology surgery center, according to a Jan. 7 report from the Birmingham Business Journal.
The ASC is a joint venture between Grandview and local physicians. Construction for the project began in fall 2024 and is expected to be complete by summer 2025.
The center will consist of six operating rooms with upgraded surgical technology, including a surgical robot.
