Developers recently placed the last beam on Denver Health Outpatient Medical Center, Colorado Real Estate Journal reports.
What you should know:
1. Turner Construction is developing the outpatient center.
2. The seven-story Denver Health Outpatient Medical Center will be about 290,000 square feet.
3. The center will have a day surgery center, an on-site pharmacy, lab services and a radiology center.
3. The center sits on the site of the former Denver Health Administration Building.
4. Denver Health anticipates opening the center in 2020.
