Maryville, Ill.-based Anderson Healthcare plans to create a medical office campus on a 10-acre plot of land in Edwardsville, Ill., Riverbender.com reports.
Here are five details:
1. Dubbed the Anderson Goshen Campus, the medical complex will include a one-story building with an ASC and a pediatric specialty clinic.
2. The surgery center will feature private preoperative and postoperative areas, two operating rooms and a procedure room to serve patients of all ages. There will be a lab draw station and a plain film X-ray machine onsite.
3. The facility is a partnership between Maryville-based Anderson Hospital, St. Louis-based SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and St. Louis-based SLUCare Physician Group.
4. Anderson Healthcare also plans to develop three more buildings on the site, which may include a physician office building, urgent care center and imaging center.
5. If the project gains state approval, Anderson Hospital plans to break ground in early 2019.
