$4.5M property to be remodeled for dental surgery center — 5 quick points

A building in Snohomish, Wash., will be remodeled to house a dental surgery center, according to NAI Puget Sound Properties.

Five quick points:

1. An entity called Station 19 purchased the 9,660-square-foot professional space for $4.5 million.

2. Snohomish Depot was the seller.

3. Station 19 will open a surgery center in the building, but it will also house other dental tenants.

4. The building's design was inspired by the turn-of-the-century train station architecture in the U.K.

5. It has never been occupied and was originally listed for lease in 2015.
