A three-story, 76,393-square-foot medical office building in Utica, N.Y., has secured $25.3 million in construction financing to begin the project, according to a March 22 report from Rebusiness Online.
The building will house an ASC as well as a pharmacy, a lab, imaging and private office spaces.
