A 16,147-square-foot medical office building has opened in Wayzata, Minn., about 13 miles from downtown Minneapolis, according to a June 27 report from REBusiness Online.
The new build replaced an outdated medical office building that used to be located in the same spot.
Current tenants include Tailwind Pediatric Dentistry, Lorenz Clinic and LAK MedSpa. Two suites in the building are still available for lease, according to the report.
