Regent Surgical Health welcomes CIO Rusty Strange and General Counsel Melissa Szabad to its leadership team

In a recent press release, Regent Surgical Health announced they appointed Rusty Strange to serve as its new Chief Information Officer and Melissa Szabad, a partner with Chicago law firm McGuireWoods and the Company’s outside counsel, will be joining as General Counsel.

As the nation’s largest independent health system joint venture-focused ASC operator, Regent has tapped Strange to oversee technology strategy and information systems for the company and its affiliates.

Szabad has deep experience in healthcare corporate and regulatory matters, with expertise in ambulatory surgery centers.
