Physicians Endoscopy named David Young as its new president. Mr. Young brings 20 years of experience across a variety of industry sectors to the role.

1. Mr. Young previously served as Privia Health’s COO, where he applied an organic growth strategy to the business, growing the company's revenue to over $1 billion and expanding to more than 2,000 providers.
2. In his new role, Mr. Young will drive Physicians Endoscopy’s partnership development and grow its reach and offerings.
3. Mr. Tanner will continue to serve as CEO, working on business development and expanding within the GI healthcare sector.
4. In 2016, Pamlico Capital sold Physicians Endoscopy to Kelso & Company in a recapitalization transaction with management. Over the past two years, Physicians Endoscopy has experienced significant growth through acquisition and de novo markets. The company now partners with 60 ASCs and more than 600 gastroenterologists responsible for 550,000 annual procedures.
