Brian Rice is joining Cardinal Health as its executive vice president, CIO and customer support services, effective Feb. 4.
What you should know:
1. Mr. Rice comes to Cardinal Health from the Kellogg Company where he was senior vice president, CIO and global business services. In his global business services role, Mr. Rice managed more than 2,000 professionals.
2. He'll report to Cardinal CEO Mike Kaufmann.
3. Mr. Kaufmann said, "Brian's expertise and achievements in identifying, implementing and running extremely complex, global information technology strategies and processes make him a perfect fit to lead Cardinal Health's experienced and committed technology and customer services teams."
