John Byrnes serves on Tenet Healthcare's board of directors. He is the former chairman of Lincare Holdings, a provider of home respiratory care, infusion therapy and medical equipment. At Lincare, he also served as CEO and a director.
In addition to his role at Tenet, Mr. Byrnes is a board of directors' member of Halyard Health. He was a director of U.S. Renal Care and Kinetic Concepts, as well.
