U.S. Endoscopy, an endoscopy device design and manufacturing company, announced the full market release of the Torrent irrigation tubing system, according to a news release.
Torrent tubing is a two-part system consisting of 24-hour irrigation tubing and a single-use endoscope connector used with an electric water pump and endoscope to provide irrigation during GI endoscopic procedures. Disposable tubing can cut down on reprocessing costs and infection risks.
