Physicians Endoscopy, the leading GI ASC development and management company in the ASC industry, has acquired a minority interest in the Digestive Health Associates Endoscopy Center in Stoneham, Mass.
DHA is a partnership between a six-physician practice, Digestive Health Associates P.C., and Physicians Endoscopy, which will provide administrative services to the facility. DHA is a single-specialty ambulatory surgical treatment center focused on gastrointestinal disorders.
The 4,600-square-foot, three-room endoscopy center is designed for patient safety and comfort. The center is staffed with six certified gastroenterologists whoa re long-term residents of the community, including: Fehmida Chipty, MD, David Fefferman, MD, Eric Libby, MD, Jose Marcal, MD, Al Muggia, MD, and William Vanneman, MD.
