Illinois Gastroenterology Group, based in Elgin, will acquire Geneva, Ill.-based Gastrointestinal Health Associates, a four-physician practice, according to a Chicago Healthcare Daily report.
Once the deal closes Sept. 1, Illinois Gastroenterology will have 36 physicians and 15 locations and be one of the largest digestive specialty groups in the state.
