A new report by visiongain, a London-based research firm, estimates the global market for endoscopy devices will be worth $75.8 billion by 2022, according to a news release.
The market, which generated sales of $23.3 billion in 2010, is expected to grow as endoscopic techniques broaden beyond their traditional diagnostic applications. Increased patient demand for minimally invasive procedures is also expected to drive growth in this market.
