Mercyhealth has hired Raza Hamdani, MD, to its staff at the Mercyhealth Rockton Avenue location in Rockford, Ill., according to the Rockford Register Star.
Dr. Hamdani treats Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and hepatitis C. He earned his medical degree at the University of Lagos in Nigeria and completed his internal medicine fellowship at Cook County Hospital (now Stroger Hospital) in Chicago.
