Advanced Gastroenterology Associates has signed a lease for an under-construction medical office building in Marlboro, N.J., Asbury Park Press reported May 27.
AGA, a division of private equity-backed Allied Digestive Health, will lease 6,000 square feet of the 25,500-square-foot building.
The three-story facility, slated for completion in November, will be marketed to surgery groups and medical practices, including internal medicine, dermatology, and obstetrics and gynecology.
Advanced Gastroenterology Associates' seven gastroenterologists serve patients at three locations.
