Here are three acquisitions from 2023 that are shaking up the gastroenterology industry:
1. GI Alliance partnered with Coastal Digestive Care Center in New London, Conn. This is GI Alliance's first ASC partnership in the state.
2. One GI partnered with Nashville, Tenn.-based TransSouth, one of the longest-standing gastroenterology practices in the area. TransSouth has been serving patients for over 35 years.
3. GI Alliance partnered with Rocky Hill-based Connecticut GI. CTGI is the largest gastrointestinal practice in Connecticut.
