Richmond, Va.-based James River Cardiology has entered into a partnership with private equity firm RC Capital to form Aligned Cardiovascular Partners.
James River Cardiology's eight physicians and 17 total providers currently operate across six clinic locations in the Richmond area.
Investment banking firm Provident Healthcare Partners served as the adviser for the deal, according to a May 31 press release.
