A medical office building in Birmingham, Ala., that houses the main campus of Cardiovascular Associates has sold for $28 million, according to a June 8 report from the Birmingham Business Journal.
The 80,000-square-foot space was developed for Cardiovascular Associates shortly after its acquisition by Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.
The building was sold to Milwaukee-based Colonnade Parkway Medical Office Building Investors, which specializes in acquiring healthcare properties such as hospitals, medical office buildings and nursing facilities.
