Medical Web Technologies Passes One Million Patient Milestone

Medical Web Technologies today announced a significant milestone: More than one million patients utilizing Medical Web Technologies web-based preoperative system, One Medical Passport.

According to the release, high patient utilization is attributed to the system's ease of use and convenience.

Pre-op screenings conducted over the phone are inconvenient for patients, time consuming for nurses and often prone to errors as patients are rushed and rarely have the necessary information on hand. One Medical Passport is a patient-friendly system that replaces the antiquated process of phoning patients in advance of their procedure.

Leveraging the Internet, patients complete their preoperative assessment when and where they want. The process is much more efficient, convenient and cost-effective for patients, medical facilities and physicians.
