Women's Surgery Center in Bethesda, Md., has hired leadership solutions firm B.E. Smith to recruit a new CEO for the center, according to a Yahoo News report.
WSC is a for-profit group of four physician-owned clinics specializing in minimally invasive gynecological surgery. The gynecologic surgeons at WSC specialize in using DualportGYN surgical technology and also have an interest in gynecologic oncology and urogynecology.
The new CEO will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's strategic plan, including an expansion of services. The CEO will also have a proven track record of leading an ambulatory surgery center or group medical practice.
