Business First of Buffalo awarded Amherst-based Ambulatory Surgery Center of Western New York the medical complex category award winner at its 16th annual Brick by Brick Awards program.
The other category finalists were Neighborhood Health Center and Audubon Women's Medical Associates, both based in Buffalo, N.Y.
