A building owned by nonprofit health system Texas Health Resources and anchored by a surgery center in Fort Worth, Texas, has been sold.
The medical office building spans 61,088 square feet, according to healthcare real estate company MedCore Partners.
Texas Health Resources' network includes 16 surgery centers in the state.
Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
