A medical office building in Columbia, S.C., was acquired by real estate firm Montecito Medical for $48 million, Commercial Property Executive reported Feb. 14.
The 120,000-square-foot building houses South Carolina Oncology Associates, a cancer treatment center that provides radiation, gynecology, oncology and patient support services.
First Citizens Bank's Healthcare Finance group provided a $31.2 million loan for the transaction.
