Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Acquisitions purchased the Edward-Elmhurst (Ill.) Health Center, according to the Daily Herald. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The center at the 13,000-square-foot medical office building features physicians with specialties in internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics/gynecology and gastroenterology. The property has 10 exam rooms, one procedure room, four pre- and post-recovery rooms and one endoscopy suite.
"Edward-Elmhurst Health provides more than 285,000 residents within a five mile radius with convenient access to medical care," said Mark Cosenza, the senior vice president of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions. "The well-established tenant and prime location made this the type of attractive acquisition we are looking for in this asset class."
Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has facilitated more than $269 million of purchases in medical office buildings across the country.
