EagleBridge Capital arranged $8.612 million in mortgage financing for the Chelmsford (Mass.) Medical and Surgical Center, New England Real Estate Journal reported Oct. 8.
The financing of the two-story, 72,050-square-foot medical office building was arranged on behalf of the Vazza Real Estate Group.
The building houses the West Suburban Eye Surgery Center.
