Middletown, N.Y.-based Orange Regional Medical Center is opening a new cancer center and outpatient building, with an ambulatory surgery center, in Wallkill, N.Y., according to Epoch Times.
Here are four notes:
1. The new buildings broke ground in June.
2. ORMC is moving services from Orange Regional Medical Pavilion in Wallkill and the Goshen (N.Y.) Patient Service to the new cancer center and outpatient building.
3. The outpatient building's second floor features an ASC as well as a cardiac rehab center, conference rooms and administrative offices. The first floor includes a breast center and lab, outpatient surgery rooms and primary and urgent care. The third floor is dedicated to ORMC physicians.
4. ORMC allotted $99 million to the project.
