A 5,096-square-foot medical office property housing Dearborn (Mich.) Ophthalmology was sold for $1.34 million, according to a March 4 REjournals article.
The sale was closed by Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate firm.
Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Ashish Vakhariya, Seth Haron and Darin Gross have sold or are under contract to sell $143 million worth of medical office and retail investment properties in the past 24 months.
