Charlotte, N.C.-based Novant Health could develop medical offices on a lot in Charlotte, pending city approval, The Charlotte Observer reports.

1. Novant is seeking city approval to rezone a 23.6-acre lot to allow for the development of a hospital or medical office building.
2. A building on the lot could be up to 144,000 square feet and four stories tall.
