New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health is set to fill three open spaces at a Yaphank, N.Y., strip mall anchored by a 198,000-square-foot Walmart Supercenter, according to a May 25 report from The Real Deal.
Northwell plans to occupy a 16,000-square-foot ASC and a 28,000-square-foot medical office building. Its urgent care provider, GoHealth, will also occupy a 2,200-square-foot space.
The amount Northwell is paying for the spaces has not been disclosed, but it is spending $45 million on interior construction for the facilities, which are expected to employ 100 people.
Northwell will be the second largest tenant in the mall, behind Walmart.
