An 18,000-square-foot medical office building in Florham Park, N.J., has been acquired by Desai Holdings for $4.62 million, according to a Sept. 14 report from ConnectCRE.
The fully leased building is located in a central business district and surrounded by other corporate and medical offices.
The building was acquired from the Silverman Group.
