A healthcare real estate firm has paid $72 million for a three-building, 201,000-square-foot outpatient medical center in Plymouth, Minn., in one of the biggest local medical office sales ever, according to an Oct. 16 report from Finance & Commerce.
The property is made up of two outpatient medical buildings, an ASC and an emergency/urgent care facility. The building was last traded for $58 million in 2013.
The facility is anchored by Allina Health, which occupies 146,000 square feet of space, including the ASC. The buildings are 96% occupied.
The buildings total 77,340 square feet, 103,500 square feet and 20,000 square feet.
