Medical Facilities Corp. forms joint venture holding company buys 7 ASCs for $46.5M & more: 6 ASC company key notes

Here are six updates on ASC management companies from the past week.

Toronto, Canada-based Medical Facilities Corp., and Leawood, Kan.-based NueHealth formed MFC Nueterra Holding Co., acquiring seven ASCs from Brentwood, Tenn.-based Meridian Surgical Partners for $46.5 million in the process.
