Investor snags $635K stake in Surgery Partners — 4 quick details

Dimension Capital Management bought $635,000 worth of shares in Surgery Partners, according to the Sundance Herald.

Four quick details:

1. The institutional investor acquired 78,012 shares of Surgery Partners stock in the second quarter.

2. Dimension Capital owns about 0.16 percent of the Brentwood, Tenn.-based surgery center management company.

3. Large investors including Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Quantamental Technologies, Royce & Associates and Pictet Asset Management have also recently upped their stakes in Surgery Partners.

4. Surgery Partners reported revenue of $445.4 million for the second quarter, with a negative return on equity of 4.65 percent and a negative net margin of 11.61 percent.
