Maplewood, Minn.-based HealthEast broke ground on a new facility, which features a surgery center, according to LillieNews.com.
Here are four things to know:
1. The project's cost totals $35 million.
2. HealthEast expects to complete the building in the fall of 2017.
3. The medical building will house a surgery center and will offer services for imaging, walk-in care, pharmacy and primary care.
4. The building is 80,000 square feet.
