Real estate firm Sanders Capital Partners acquired an ASC in Duluth, Ga., for $2.3 million, Birmingham Business Journal reported Aug. 3.
The firm leased the 9,200-square-foot ASC back to Prima Center for Plastic Surgery.
The Prima Center for plastic surgery is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities.
