Cleveland Clinic has sold the building that houses its Elyria (Ohio) Family Health & Surgery Center to CHP Chestnut Commons OH MOB for $20.2 million, according to a report by The Morning Journal News.
The 40,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building originally opened in 2008. The sale is not expected to alter the surgery center's operations.
The buyer announced in June a purchase agreement for six total healthcare facilities, including the Elyria surgery center building. The other locations in Arizona, California, Kansas and Virginia were purchased for a total of $59.5 million.
