Bellevue (Ohio) Hospital opened Eagle Crest Health Park, a $7 million outpatient focused medical park near the hospital, the Sandusky Register reports.
Here's what you should know:
1. The medical park is 27,000 square feet.
2. The hospital built the space to expand its rehabilitative services unit and to offer outpatient services in the Bellevue area.
3. Multiple tenants lease the space including: Anytime Fitness, Bellevue-based Great Lakes Physicians Obstetrics and Gynecology and Bellevue-based Wound Reconstruction Center and Clyde-based Lower Extremity Reconstruction Institute of Northern Ohio.
4. The hospital owns 11 acres near the building which could be used for future expansion.
