Banner Health is currently acquiring full ownership of Union Hills Surgery Center in Glendale, Ariz., according to a YourWestValley.com report.
Banner Health intends to rename the surgery center Banner Del E. Webb Surgery Center.
Banner Health also plans to invest more than $900,000 into the former Union Hills Surgery Center.
The surgery center will begin to operate as the Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center's outpatient surgery department.
