Wisconsin-based Aurora Health Care is slated to open an $83 million outpatient surgery center in October, according to The Journal Times.
Here are five things to know:
1. The new facility sits on 70 acres.
2. With five operating rooms and six procedure rooms, Aurora will build the facility in Burlington, Wisc.
3. The center's providers will offer cancer services to local residents.
4. Aurora is closing it Vince Lombard Cancer Clinic in Green Bay and will move all the services to the new facility.
5. Oncologists from Burlington-based Memorial Hospital and Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, Wisc., will treat patients at the new facility.
